Tumbling Lion Fish!

I have a Lion Fish that I have had for three years him and all the other fish in the tank look good and all the other fish are acting normal except the lion can't swim if he lets go of the rock he just tumbles end over end and floats around I don't lnow what is wrong with him he looks fine and does not appear to bloated but he can't sustain at the bottom of the tank or swim wothout somersaulting any suggestions or has this happened to anyone else? Thanks

Has he swallowed a lot of air bubbles?

Mine did the same and he is gone now.

I DID NOT SEE HIM SWALLOW ANY AIR BUBBLES HE IS STILL ALIVE TODAY BUT JUST SITTING UNDER A ROCK HE WILL NOT COME OUT BECAUSE HE CAN'T SWIM HE JUST TUMBLES. STILL HAS GOOD COLOR AND APPEARS NORMAL OTHERWISE. HOW LONG DID YOURS LIVE AFTER THAT?

I just turned the lights on for the first time today he seems to be able to swim better now but his eyes are very cloudy and white. Should I remove him from the tank?
