tuning a eshopps skimmer.

I have the psk-100 and wanted to know if the neck of the skimmer has to be completely covered in white micro bubbles or if the bubble have to be where the body meets the neck?

I had mine set at where the body meets the neck. But it can vary from the base where it meets the neck as in my pic below, or where the transition ends at the bottom of the collection cup. Every tank is different, but that is where your window of tuning is. If you want a more wet skim, higher the setting, or under the collection cup. Drier skim, then where it is in my pic.
