Hello everybody,
I wonder that;
When P.S. is on,it never gets water inside.It behaves by itself,
but it collects very well .HOW ?..

It works by osmosis, it is the same as if you put sugar in coffee or tea, even if you don't stir the sugar will dissolve evenly in time. The dissolved organis behave the same way, they are spread evenly throught the solution. When the water in the skimmer is low in dissolved organics more diffuse in.
