Tunze 3152 issue

I got a new tunze 3152 ATO last week that is not working properly. When the water level drops it does not fill up. I tried reconnecting the wires, but the problem is not fixed. When the water level is low and I turn the ATO off and then back on, sometimes it kicks in and starts filling up, sometimes it does nothing and the water doesn't refill. Any idea what the problem is?

Hi, I think I just responded to your email. I can think of a few possibilities that should be easy to resolve. What size is the tank?
