Every time after I unplug and plug it back it starts pumping and the low level light is on even though the water level is above the sensor. Does any one has this issue and know why?

I'm not sure why but if you contact their support they'll likely help you or replace it. I have had my metering pump replaced this way

It's designed to do a 10 second run when powered on, says so in the manual also. It's totally normal, if it's adding to much to your return chamber during this feature open up the head unit and turn down the flow.

That is the one thing I do not like about the unit ( the only thing I don't like about it =). On my old smaller tank I would undo one of the pump clips when I started it back up to let it run through its cycle and not pump any water . I also used both magnets it came with so the high level alarm was a little farther away then having both sensors on the same magnet.
