Tunze 3155 Not Auto-Filling

I have a Tunze 3155 that I purchased from M/Depot in March of this year. Using as ATO for 29 sump with 60 cube.

Has worked flawlessly until I returned from week trip and found sump low, top off jug (5 gal) full. Unit showed green level light. I power cycled unit and the red low water lit up, pump cycled 9and filled) for approx. 30 seconds, the shut off with green level light on. Still down from sensor some 4". I can repeat with same pump run/fill/stop sequence. Unit will not come on by itself. I have had to result to manual filling for last week. No response to email inquiry from Tunze web page as yet. Let a voice mail today at (512)-833-7546.

By reading manual, it appears that the main controller is probably bad. Any thoughts?

Roger, actually we spoke after. Thank you for the follow up by phone and suggestions. I tried to clean the optical sensor with vinegar as suggested, but issue still there. I will ship to you as directed for repair. Thanks again for the response. I am in sales and good customer service is appreciated.
