Tunze 3155 Osmolator Start Up Sequence?

I have my Tunze 3155 plugged into Outlet #8 on my EB8. Here is the code I'm using:

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/003:00/357:00 Then ON

What this should do turn on the outlet every 6 hours for 3 minutes.

The problem I find is with turning off and turning on the Tunze. The 5017 (controller for 3155 ATO) turns on and immediately lights up "Too Low" and "Pump On". After a couple seconds, "Pump On" gets bright and starts filling the sump. After approx. 20 seconds, it switches to "Level" and the pump turns off. The entire time from start to finish, the sensor is below water and in actuality is never too low.

So my question is, is this the normal start up sequence for a Tunze or is something not working correctly?

Yes, the osmolator is designed to work on its own, on every start up, it runs the pump for about 15 seconds to prime the pump and so you can verify function during installation. We don't recommend any connection to other controllers.
