Tunze 5017 Osmolator

Hi,

Would like to know if I can send in my 5017 Osmolator for repair. I believe it has a bad power socket. I have to wiggle it around/hold it place for the unit to have power. I have tried a new power supply from my other 5017 Osmolator.

Yes, I am in Germany until the 3rd, repairs won't be done until I return so there is no rush to send it in but my employees will receive it if you send it in, just include a note with return address and phone number and what the issue is.
