After 4 years of service my Tunze Osmolator water sensor has gone bad is there anyway I could get repair

I cannot promise I will be able to repair it, it depends on the issue, but if I cannot I would discount a replacement.

I would want at least the pump, power supply and controller. Include a note with return address and phone number.

Hi Roger and thank you for you fast response the problem with the osmolator is the eye.
Everything else turns on alarm works fine, pump turns on fine, power supply works and unit turns on.
When the water lowers the level I have it set it doesnt send the signal so the pumps turn on

That should be a pretty easy and straightforward fix, please send it in.
