Tunze 6015 controllable automatically shuts off

Hi, bought this new pump recently in June 2017. It is hooked up only to the controller it was provided with by Tunze. I set it at 30% main power, 25% pulse and 30% pulse power, 2-10s setting.
So far, I have noticed it has shut down automatically on these days, which I had to unplug and plug back in for it to start again. Found pump shut off on 7/16, 7/29 and today 8/3.

Has anyone had experience with these pumps shutting down automatically?

I understand in the manual it says it will auto shut off on things getting in the propeller. However, nothing is in mine and no fish swim near the pump.

Can you clarify the model you have? 6015 is not a controllable model. My suspicion is the speed is too low, try slightly turning up the pulse speed, the potentiometers can vary slightly so what appears to be 25% is really 19% and then it cannot run or may not run well until the pump is worn in, generally I would start with a higher speed around 50% for a couple weeks so the pump can break in and parts can seat and then it is more likely to work reliably at lower speeds, but stalling if everything is clean means it is too slow if everything is worn in.

Thanks for the reply, Roger. I will try this out.
Sorry, I meant to say the Tunze Turbelle Stream 6105 Controllable.

I brought it up to 50% main, 50% pulse, 50% pulse power.
I'll ramp it up again in a couple days and see what happens.

If it works reliably on higher speeds, most likely the drive unit fits too tight if there is no debris in the pump and either a couple weeks of wear in or a replacement drive unit under warranty will solve it.
