Tunze 6020 loud

After a week of this loud pump i tuned off ad set up a koralia 1600

I would like to know if the 6020 generally louder than koralia nano

it seems to move much more water but noise from the pump is really annoying
not sure if I have a defective one

If it is really noisy, the problem is likely an out of balance propeller 6015.700, you should be able to get one by warranty

the only one that i can compare to is a koralia that i can't really hear and old maxi jet both are a lot quieter

Wow you must have it set up wrong I have two 6040's in. IM fusion sitting two foot from rank and can never hear the pumps. Even right next two them their is no noise.

I keep asking because all tuze products that i owned was excellent

I could hear a loud noise which I assumed was your plugging the pump in, but I heard not much noise otherwise. The only moving part is the propeller and if the pump makes more noise this part is the reason and should be changed.
