Tunze 6055 setup

hello im bill iam new to reefing but have read lots of your posts my question is i have a reefer 350 tank its 4 foot x 20"x 23" im running 2 tunze 6055 on opposite ends could you give me a commands to put in my apex so i can have the wave like you have please
