Tunze 6055 turns on and off.

I have a tunze nano stream 6055 that turns on and off randomly. I don't have it connected to a controller currently and it still acts this way. The shaft is in tact and the impeller looks good. Any suggestions on where to start? I've tried several power supplies as well

Thanks!!

I would first be sure that the prop assembly is completely clean, especially the hole in the middle that spins on the shaft. The shaft also needs to be clean, this is where it will usually bind. If that is not it, a crack in the drive magnet can be a cause, check for hairline cracks, a failing motor or damage to wiring can be another possibility.

Thanks for those suggestions. I took a closer look at it and it appears the wiring is damaged coming out I the motor. Where it attaches the shielding is cracked. I am assuming the best method of replace is replacement in this case?
