Tunze 6085 and controller

I know that the 6085 cannot be controlled in the sense that it can only be turned on/off, but can you still use a 7095/96 controller to at least facilitate that functionality? or will the 6085 not work at all with a controller?

It has no way to connect to the 7095, the 7095 and 7096 use low voltage DIN ports and the pump has none. Further, rapidly turning a non controllable pump off and on will eventually break the propeller, a timer set at at least 15 minutes between off and on is the limit of what can be done.
