Tunze 6091 controller problem

My Tunze 6091 controller for the wave box is working sporadically between .5 second to 2 seconds. And not at regular intervals. Any way to reset it or do I haver to send it in to Tunze?

This is more likely a pump issue than a controller issue. Typically the controller works right but the pump does not always respond or has a delayed response. The pump and controller should be sent in for service and testing.
