Tunze 6095 or 6105?

Which power heads would be better for a 120 gallon mixed reef tank? Also, how many power heads would be recommended? Thank you.

2 6095 is plenty, I would only go with the 6105 if the tank was a very intensive SPS only tank.

I am starting a 135 gal and plan to upgrade to 250 gal in a few years. should I still go with 6095 or would 6105 save me the trouble of rebuying equipment for the upgrade? thanks.

I have 2x 6095 in my 110g running on a 7096. They are so powerful that run them on the 18V jumper. They should be perfect for you.

On a 250, the 6105's would likely be better, especially if you move more into SPS. You could use the 6105's in your 125 but you will want to run at 12V most likely and with the wide flow housing.
