Roger,
I purchased 4 Tunze 6095 and they have been in operation for less than a year. They were all connected to the APEX controller with their highest resistor in the control box. Since I moved I soaked them in Magi Klean and rinsed them out. They have recently been placed back into service but NOT on the Apex yet.

1 Of the pumps seems to in-consistently start and stop itself as if it "remembers" the programming that it was given with the apex. Is this even possible?

The Apex is going back online this weekend and I was hoping that you could offer me some tips on trouble shooting the pump.

It would have no memory of the connection or program. Have you removed the propeller? The only way to get them really clean is to disassemble the pump, the cleaner will not penetrate the small space between the shaft and magnet/prop.

Most likely cause is some debris between the shaft and drive unit is causing a higher power draw and a safety shut down. Besides that it could be a damaged drive unit or a faulty motor.
