Tunze 6095 Won't Power On

Well, I guess this is how you get technical support for Tunze products? I couldn't find a phone number on the Tunze website and this is the first place they point you. Anyway...

I have two new Tunze 6095 pumps. One will power on, the other won't. I can plug either power supply into the working pump and it will run. However neither power supply will start up the non-working pump. The power cord connection to the "little box" that is at the end of the pump cord itself seems a little loose. What do I need to do from here? This has been frustrating because I had to wait forever for these pumps that were on backorder and now one doesn't work.

OK, nevermind. Finally got it figured out. The propeller was not pushed all the way into the pump and was being blocked by some plastic molding in the housing. Anyway, got it working now. Not sure how that happened but I am up and running. Thanks.
