Tunze 6100.10 and 7240.27 not changing speeds

As the title says, I just got this set, unused, but I can't get it to change speed using an APEX. I know this is the Tunze page, but I checked my APEX and it's putting out the correct voltage.

If I turn the Max power knob the pump slows down and speeds up correctly, but once it's plugged into my APEX it just stays on whatever setting I have the knob at.

Any idea's would be great.

Please close. It's just not working off the apex correctly. Working off tunze controller just fine.
