I have 2 6100 and 7095 controller.
Today, i noticed during the night mode. Both 6100 were supposed to be running at 30% but only one were running. I swapped the two pumps cables on the controller and the problem follow.
I traced the line from the pump to the controller and found the pump that was not running had a very hot tranformer. I was so hot the that plastic casing slightly warped.
I unplugged the tranformer and let it cool down. Then plugged it back on. I started running again at full 100% and 30%. After running for a ten minutes, the tranformer is hotter than normal again.
I purchase this unit used, but it was only used for a few month. I still have the orginal receipt from the person that i both it from. But i dont have any paper works regarding cleaning or maintenance duration.
Could you please advice of what is wrong with this system. and if you could provide any maintenance manual for the 6100..
Thanks you
Ed
