Tunze 6100 underperforming

I recently purchased an additional 6100. So now I have 2. I placed them directly facing each other on both end of my 180g. I noticed that the new 6100 is underperforming. I can see it from the way the new 6100 suck in the detritus. I confirmed that the 2 6100 is adjusted to the max power. Any reason why?

It could be stiffer as they have to wear in, at first the tolerances are very tight so it is like a piston wearing into a cylinder. It could still have air in it which slows it down. It might also be some sand or debris or a chip missing from the prop. Their are also small variations in performance but this shouldn't be very visible.
