Tunze 6105 dead

I've had this pump for less than a year and it has stopped working. I have two of them and the other pump is still going. I tried swapping the power supply but no go. I took it apart to see if the shaft spins freely and it does.


What can be the problem and is there anyway to resolve it? Please let me know. Thank you

It has a 2 year warranty, I would first verify that it is not something simple, one possibility is that if the black box opened in the past the power receptacle is pushed in so no contact is being made. I would also try it with no controller to rule out a bad controller cable or connection. If neither of those solve it, please send it in with a note that has your return address and phone number.
