Tunze 6105 keeps shuting off

Comes on for about 5 sec. then off, wont restart until I unplug and replug. Power supply works with other 6105. It is clean and free turning. It is about 2 yrs old.

What jumper do you have in the power supply? I've had trouble with one of my 6105's when trying to tune it down and use the 12v jumper. It works fine with the 18v jumper. My other (older version) 6105 works fine with either jumper.

I assume when you say "free turning" means the propeller turns freely on the shaft. I've had the same problems when the shaft gets "stuck" to the propeller.

I have four 6105's that I got at same time in a kit. This one just started acting up. 18v jumper. Yes propeller turns freely on shaft.
