Tunze 6105 problems

I have 4 6105s that I've been using for 2+ years and all has been great until the last few months. One of them doesn't start once I turn them off and clean them, I have to dissassemble and jump start it, kind of like an old air plane. I also have one that, no matter how clean I get it, sounds like it's got rocks in it. It's really loud as it ramps up and down. Any ideas to fix these problems?

Do you know if it is the type with a rigid metal shaft in the impeller well that is not removable (since Nov 2011) or the type before that with the removable shaft with blue end bushings that secured in the back of the impeller well and the front cover?

It appears the shaft is broken off and likely lodged inside the impeller, please send it in.

Got my pump back today and it looks and works great, not sure what all you did but I surely appreciate it and REALLY appreciate the quick turn around and fantastic customer service. Thanks a ton.
