Before you send it in, did you soak it with the drive unit (propeller assembly) removed? It does almost nothing to soak it without prior disassembly. If the drive unit is stuck, do not force it, try slowly twisting while gently pulling, but never force it or you can destroy the motor. The build up occurs between the shaft and drive unit and base and drive unit, these spaces are very tight so without prior disassembly the vinegar does not really get to these areas to clean them. This is typically needed every 6 months or they will lock up. If you need to send it in, if the controller still lights up, I would only need the actual pump, I definitely don't need the magnet holder and clamp and would only need the power supply if the controller has no lights.
