If I use the 12v jumper what would the Max output be roughly?

About 1800 gph.

While we are on the different voltage settings, I sold a friend one of my 6095's and would like to know what the max output would roughly be using the 12v jumper.

12V with no controller (100%) is about 580gph, if you have a controller and turn it down to 30% as well it is about 400.
