tunze 6201 broken down

i have a tunze 6201 that broken down this was purchase just over a year now i check it by inserting i pace of metal in to the hole of the impeller and it didn't move are there any other way to see if it is the motor or something ells thanks for the help:mad2:

Have you tried opening the pump and checking that everything is clean?

yeah if it is were the impeller is ,i also check the impeller on to other pump and is working fine but don't know was ells i don't have an impedance meter to check the motor thanks for the help

The motor has a problem, I would send it to Tunze for replacement under warranty.

that's my bigger problem cause i lost the receipt of the priciest:mad2:

I don't think it is a big problem, usually they will go by manufacture date at the factory if you have no receipt.
