Tunze 6201 is shocking the system

I have a six month old 6201 that is shocking the system. Just started tonight and I pulled it out. Any ideas what is happening or what I can do?

This is consider rare case but not impossible. You need to send your pump in so Roger or Rodney can take a look at it. There is nothing you can do at home to fix it if you positively sure that the electrical current coming from the pump.

It is the 6201 for sure. I turned everything off except that and it then shocked me. Didn't trip the gfi but you could feel it.

If that is the case, send it in so Roger and fix it for you. Make sure you check your heater while you at it....
