Tunze 6205 stop-starting

Hi Roger,

I have an issue with the following equipment combination on a 2000ltr reef.

2 x 6205
2 x 6100
1 x 7095

When I run the 6205's on their own, they work fine, if I connect them to the 7095 they work fine...even at 30% power.

Problem, when I connect either one or both of the 6100's to the 7095 aswell the 6205's start to intermittently clunk/stop-start every minute or less.

If I turn the power on the 7095 to minimum of 40% on pulse the problem is reduced somewhat, at 50% it isn't apparant.

Please can I have some suggestions.

I haven't seen this before so I can only guess that something is wrong with a cable from the pumps to the controller causing a short or a 6100 has a short. The only other culprit I can think of would be if one of the pumps is turned down at the driver or junction block in addition to on the controller.
