Tunze 6215 Pump in Wavebox Stopped Working!

Okay, I'm freaking out. My 6215 pump in the wavebox stopped working for no reason at all today. The control illuminates and works just fine but the propeller in the pump and the pump itself are not working at all. Any ideas? Where do I send this for warranty issues? I can't even recall where I got it, its been over a year and a half. :sad2:

I know this sounds dumb but, have you pulled the pump to verify there isn't anything lodged in the impeller?

Yep, I took it apart and removed the impeller and cleaned up the shaft with a qtip and all. The controller is working fine and the power supply is on cause the light is on, but the pump won't work

I'm not sure where your located but, there is a guy named Robert who works for tunze in Austin, Tx. If I had his number, I'd give it to you. He is a wizard at getting all there stuff back up to snuff.

I think the best course since it sounds like you checked the obvious is to send in the pump and power supply and controller (I don't need the box itself). Please include a note with your return address and phone number.
