I just noticed that my controller does not pulse anymore. I have had this for only about 2 yrs now. Please let me know what could be the problem, can I send it to service?

By pulse, you mean it does not change the pump speed on each channel, alternating between the top and bottom setting knobs? If so the cause is either of the following.

The photocell is in darkness and nightmode is on.
The photocell has a short.
The top and bottom speeds are set the same.

Problem solve, yes if found out that the photocell is at nght mode. Thanks
