tunze 7096 problem

hi,

i have 2 tunze 6055 with 7096, everything was ok till today. i think the problem is with 7096. windows xp see it, i can send and recieve to the unit, it works ok with the new settings, i understand it easily with the flashing leds.

but the problem is, the controller doesnt tell the commands to 6055s , only the leds flashes but 6055s are always on, no stop and start. they r always on, last change i made was leaving pulse mode and setting interval mode 1 min 0 hours , one pump works the other stops..

it worked fine but now i have this problem


any help?

This is most likely to be a bad cable or a cable that is not fully connected or has corroded ends. I have never seen a controller be the culprit in a case like this but it is not impossible. It is generally the cables and if not the cables it is the pump, but 2 pumps is strange.

i ve found that socket 2 and 3 works but not fine, intervals and Powers are false etc. Works like crazy. socket 1 and 4 never Works, at these pumps are always on. when i connect to device with avrootloader sockets 3,4 pumps stop and sockets1,2 like half power. and in pulse only mode wavecontroller settings with 0,3 seconds doesnt give the same affect with socket1,2,3,4 with 0,3. wavecontroller settings is more powerful but again pumps work silly.

i thought i ve plugged the usb cable last time while smthg is in progress or what.

i tried flashing with tunze7096.acy but nothing changed. is there a way to reset eeprom.

last thing i ll try my 7096 with my friends 6055s.

Until now the eeprom could only be reset at the factory but I am supposed to get the hardware and connector to do this in a couple months as will a few other distributors.

What country are you in?

i am in turkey, i think http://www.ekstremakvaryum.com.tr/ is the tunze dealer here, they said to me come and get your device but as u say if flashing eeprom is not a easy task, they wont help me.

it ll be great if there is a way to do this over tunze's website. or i ll be pleased if u tell the solution to tunze's distributor in turkey.

I think the best is to send it to Germany. I think that the new hardware for reprogramming will only be in US and Australia because of the distance. I don't know of anyway it could be done by the website, it would require a special cable connection to the board.
