Tunze 7097 Software Issues

Have issues with connecting to my LED and Pumps with the 7097. I'm getting the below error, can you please assist, thank you:

Unfortunately, this is beyond my level of knowledge, I am not that computer savvy and have very limited experience with Windows in general. My guess would be a time out is occurring in trying to reach the 7097, at least from the 7096, this is either due to a COM port higher than Com5 being used or low power at the USB cable which is common on laptops in energy saving mode. A shorter USB and assigning a lower Com port will usually resolve these problems. I would contact Tunze Germany directly at info@tunze.com if you need further help or the guys at AquaDepot in Perth may have more knowledge about this than I do.
