I'm using in my tank the tunze 9001.

The total liters (Tank+Sump) are 70 and inside of the tank I have:

2 Amphiprion percula - 1 Maspilia Globulus - 2 Lysmata Wurdemanni

1 Montipora Digitata (SPS) - 1 Montipora Foliosa (SPS) - 1 Acropora Valida Tricolor (SPS) - 1 Seriatopora Milka - 1 Acanthastrea (LPS) - 1 Alveopora (LPS) - 1 Caulastrea Furcata.

What do you think about this skimmer in my tank ? I also modified this skimmer and using a dosing pump automatically emptied, every 12 hour, the little tank.

Looks like it's working well to me! That's a neat little draining system you have there. My only concern would be that I find the skimmer to work best when it's clean so don't let the neck get too dirty.

Usually I use this system during the holiday time and/or like safety system. Normally I clean the neck every week.

My unique doubt is that the skimmer does not fit with the dimension of my tank !

I tried to install the Tunze 9004 but unfortunately the water level in a sump does not allow it

I'm in the same boat. I have a 9004 and my new tank has a sump depth of only 8". Fortunately Tunze is releasing a new container in which the 9004 can be used at shallower depths!
