What are the steps to getting this thing replaced? Completely kicked the bucket on me
Tunze 9002 Skimmer pump is shot...help?

If it is less than 2 years old and was bought new, send in the pump only with a receipt, if it cannot be repaired it will be replaced, if it just needs cleaning a $25 fee applies that includes return shipping.
Include a note with phone number and return address and send to:

If it is more than 2 years old the pumps can be ordered from Premium Aquatics or Tunze.com, but be sure to buy the correct one, they are not interchangeable, get the item number off the pump you have. The 0800.040 was used up until about 2 years ago and costs about $45 and 1073.008 is the current version and costs about $35.
