Tunze 9004 magnet rusting

One of the tank side magnets on my 9004 skimmer is rusting, is this something that tunze will replace? Or is there a replacement part I can order?

It has a two year warranty. Most rust issues are due to iron or GFO (which is just pellets of rust) sticking to the magnet and staining it, if the magnet is indeed rusting which will tend to look like a bullseye stain vs flaky deposits on the edges which tend to be picked up particles and it is less than 2 years old, we would replace it. The magnets themselves are ceramic and cannot rust, but they are seated on an iron plate which is coated with polyurethane, that can be breached and can rust.

Here's a few pics. I'm thinking the back plate was breached somehow.
Here you can see a bubble.

Here I scratched it off using a pin. There is a noticeable dip 1/16 - 1/8" that the pin will go in.

I'm just inside the warranty also, purchased 3/12/14 that was close!
