tunze 9010 doesn't work

hi,,Roger ,,i just came home and findout that my skimmer 9010 stop running,,then i try to take it a part but when i get to part drive unit ,,,i can't full out the magnet colar out,,,seem like it got strock in there,,,i have this tunze running for six month and the last time cleanning drive unit is 2week ago,,,so can i send it to you so you can check it out for me,?? thanks

I did, I will work on it today and should get it shipped back today.

i never run dry and no calcium deposit yet,,,

The pump was one from a batch earlier this year with a defect, you did nothing wrong, I replaced the motor and it is being sent back today.
