Roger and Graeme,

By looking at the gallon capacity these new skimmer can handle it is very amazing as to how much these skimmer can handle and also how accurate the sizing were derived for them. Is this sizing representative of a typical reef setup or should this number be weighed?

You would want to use the same standard we apply to the Comline skimmers

Rating is for a basic soft coral tank or FOWLR
Deduct 20% for LPS and more intensive soft coral tanks
Deduct 40% for SPS
Deduct 60% for SPS with a high fish population density.
