Tunze and Profilux issue

I just purchased the Profilux and decided that today would be the day I set it up. Well, after getting everything installed, I connected the Tunze 6000 stream to the Profilux using the provided cable. It would appear that everytime I connect the Tunze cable to the Profilux, the Tunze stops. When I remove the cable, the pump starts up again.

Maybe I did something wrong with my Tunze control setup.

I was wondering if there is a way to make the Tunze pulse every couple seconds.

Maybe someone can answer my questions.

Did you set the function of the 1-10V-interface in question to "current pump x"?

Is it plugged into L port?

Are you using Tunze1 cable?

Matthias, I just set the 1-10v interface on L1, which is where the pump is plugged in and the pump seems to work now.

AQD_ottawa-Yes, I kept the Tunze 1 cable plugged into the L1 slot. Before it always stopped when I plugged in the cable, setting the L1 slot did the trick.
