Tunze ATO not working !!!

It's only about month old unit and was working fine till yesterday ad today I notice my sumps water level down and on the ATO controller it's was showing water level gud...dnt know what's goin on... I did disconnect the power and re plugged
It back and still wouldn't work....

It would be unlikely at only one month old but could be possible if a calcium additive is introduced near the sensor. I would try soaking the sensor in vinegar for 2 hours, it can get a calcium film, visible as a haze when it is dry, that will make it always detect that the level is correct. The other possibility I could think of is if the optic sensor cable was pulled or pinched it has 4 very fine wires inside and one may have broken. It is also possible it had a break that made just enough contact to keep working for the month. It is under warranty and is repairable.

Did as u said it worked for a day now today low level light keeps beeping but water is not low
