Tunze auto top off pump

My tunze auto top off pump runs impeller turns but no water comes out. It is about 1 year old how do I get working?

First try tipping the pump upside down while submerged to get any trapped air out that may be preventing it from priming. If that does not work let me know.

Tried tipping pump but it did not work.

Same issue for me last week. One short phone call to Tunze, and I received a new pump in a couple days.
