tunze chiller

hi all i have had a tunze chiller for about 3 months and twice in those three months the red light came on flashing and there was no power outage so i turned it off and it reset what could of caused that or is it fine.

now my light is flashing again and it won't reset

mine did that also i put it on a surge protecter it seemed any surge in voltage it made it go off hasent done it since

thank you troy will try yours would not even reset eather when the light came on flashing i got mine to reset finally by leaving off for 2 hours
