Today I was updating my sets on the 7096 and he just died. It was the first time that I used windows to change all the settings because I found that have more options and he just died. Anyone knows what to do a part of send it to Tunze?

Does it have no lights at all?

If it has any light, I can walk you through a reboot of the firmware, if it has no lights, it will have to be replaced and you would send it to me. This would generally be caused by a loss of firmware, where an update was not fully installed before a power disruption.

No lights at all. It blank out during the settings update. I sent it to the seller on the last Monday. One more thing, why windows version of Tunze software have more options than the Mac one?

Initially there was no Mac version and no Mac version was planned, myself and many others requested a Mac version but the factory is in Germany and the perspective in Germany is that Mac is such a small part of the market, at least in Europe, that it was not worth doing. Finally an intern made a program, unfortunately when he left, no source code, nothing remained to continue the development and it was never updated. Updating it would require starting from scratch and the 7096 is no going to see any further updates. The 7000 is the latest and it is WIFI browser based and will work on all platforms.

Hi, I received a new 7096 replacing the previous. But after update my setup the first two lights blocked and the pumps are sucked in the same speed. What can I do?

What operating system are you using? The update is only for Windows and once done, locks it out of ever working with the Mac.

Is nightmode on? If nightmode is on and photocell does not have enough light it will stay at power 1 setting.

Thanks for the tip. The photocell was to high and is working now. On more thing please, in night mode the all pumps stays in power 1? Even the wave makers?
