Tunze controller functionality

I have two 6105s on opposite ends of my aquarium. These are controlled with an Apex. I currently have a program that cycles one on at 100% while the other is off (0%) for a period of 30 seconds (not ramp just simple on/off operation) and then vice versa. Can this be done with the 7096 or 7095? Everything I've read suggests Tunze controllers still limit the minimum output to 30%. Is on/off operation possible yet? I'm wanting to switch from Apex controlled to Tunze controlled but can't if the 30% limitation is still in place.

There has never been the limitation you describe. I think it is just a misunderstanding. You can set up a mode on 7095 or 7096 where one side flows (or pulses) while the other side is off. Then it swithches sides and the first side is off.

The 30% reference is a minimum speed, meaning that you cannot run the pumps at 10% or 20%. You can use a 0% (off).

Rishma is correct. Only on the Single Controllers is Off not an option. On both the 7095 and 7096 it is an option. You can see a comparison chart between the controllers on our blog over here.
