just used it tonight....heres what i did with the tunze stuff
1) made the putty
2)attached the acro frag to the rock with the putty( i only used on frag for practice to see how it reacted before doing the rest)
3)I did a WC prior so i used the WC water in a 5 g bucket to put the frag in question into the bucket....
4)let sit for 4 hours making sure temperature didnt fluctuate more than 1 degree F
5)pulled frag out and put it back in display where it was before gluing
Premature observations...with the lights off the frag doesnt look so hot....looks severely stressed...i guess you could expect that but not so much..
I am going to let it sit in tank overnight and look forward to seeing how it looks with the lights on tomorrow...
despite it looking stress the glue definitely hardened and there is no way in hell that frag is coming loose....so the tunze stuff definitely does its job...now lets hope it didnt kill the frag....
i did get a little putty on the coral that wasn't supposed to physically touch the glue...i hope this doesnt kill it....we shall see tomorrow...giving it good flow and have it on the bottom of the tank
