Tunze Hydrofoamer 9420.04 stopped working

Hi,

My Tunze 9420.04 completely died, I purchased it as part of an I-Tech 200 skimmer back in Dec 2009 but only started using it in July 2010. I have already had to replace the propeller in Dec 2010 and now yesterday morning I found it not working at all.
I took it in today to John from Fish and Other Itchty Stuff in Odessa, FL and he had me contact you via this forum, he said if you had any questions to please give him a call.
I would like to see if the pump is still under any type of warranty and how to proceed.

You still have plenty of warranty time, send it in. The warranty is 2 years. The only thing not covered is damage caused by foreign objects entering the pump.
