I just wanted to share my experience with Tunze's customer service. I had been having some problems with my osmolator. The unit would detect that the water was level, but the pump would keep running (past the programmed extra 10 seconds) and would end up overfilling by 5 gallons. I called up Tunze and spoke with Roger and explained what was going on. He said he couldn't figure out exactly what was wrong over the phone and told me to send it in. He also mentioned that since it was out of warranty by a few months that I would be looking at about a $20 fix, which was no problem for me. A little over a week after sending it in, I called Roger to get an update. What he said to me made my jaw drop. They had replaced the whole unit, free of charge, no questions asked!!! I received the package the next day and set the unit back up. Everything works perfect!
Tunze has really raised the bar when it comes to customer service. It's no wonder people rant and rave about them! They really are the best! Thanks Roger and everyone at Tunze!!!
