Tunze Nano ATO Problems

Ok, Having problems with my Nano ATO again, has been going on for a month or so now but going on vacation soon so gotta get it fixed.

It seems to work correctly occasionally and this problem seems to be sporadic, but when it happens it happens for 2-3 days on end then goes away for a bit. Every now and then It wont turn on and from the pump I hear a Rapid clicking noise and it wont stop, even after 3 minutes. I try power cycling the ATO and occasionally if I power cycle it 4-5 times it stops clicking and will start filling the tank.

I got a replacement pump for this ATO which seemed to fix the problem for a while, but it has come back again.. I am not sure if the pump is bad or if the controller isn't working correctly.

This sounds like a controller issue, can you send in the pump and controller and we will figure it out and replace whatever needs to be replaced? I usually complete a repair within a day of receipt and we are just a couple days apart by Priority Mail or UPS. Include your return address and phone number in the box.

Do you need me to send in the power supply for it also?

It is worth checking it I suppose, but I am almost certain the issue is the controller, possibly the pump. If you take the float off the magnet and keep the magnet holder and float cover it will all fit in a Small Priority Mail flat rate box, cheapest way to ship it. Just be sure the pump is dry or put it in a bag so the rest of it does;t get wet.
