Tunze Nano DOC for 29g?

would the Tunze Nano DOC be good for my 29g with 10g sump???

im keepin sps and lps and i have three fish.

the space in my sump(where the drain is) is 10wide by 4 1/1 long

The problem is the sump would have to be awefully deep, you need about 8" of water to run the unit and it won't handle much evaporation and run consistently.

i have 8 1/2 inches of water depth in the baffle i wanna put it in(where the drain tube goes)

would that be fine?
