Tunze nano parts

while cleaning the nano powerhead, I think I lost the tiny metal ring at the end of the shaft in the block. You know what I'm talking about?
Where can I find this spare parts?
Also, at a closer inspection of the shaft, it appears to be rusted so I would like to replace this part also.

Nick, the yellowish stain will come off. As for parts go to Tunze.com look under spare part...

The shaft cannot be replaced, is the shaft rusted the full length or just stained by the washer? We no longer use the stainless steel washer, it has been replaced by a black graphite one. I can send you one if you shoot me a PM. How old is this pump about?

I would say the pump is about two years old roughly.
I'll go home and recheck the parts tonight. I think it's just the stain caused by the metal washer. I was skeptic about putting it back in the tank because of what seems like rust to me.

A pump that is more than 18 months old likely has a stainless steel shaft, not the titanium alloy we now use and this could indeed rust. In this case it may be best to just send the pump in for replacement.
